Refund/Return Policy

Thanks for shopping at Darasara. [SSM (Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia) registered company "Darasara Enterprise" with a registration no 201803339158 (SA0495243-T).]


1)   Refund is only eligible for defect or wrong item purchased within 7 days ONLY. However, we will go through checks to ensure the defect is enough or truly wrong for refund purpose.

2)   Payment receipt or proof of purchase is required for all return & exchange process.

3)   The return/exchange will be accepted if these criterias are met:
Item is unwashed, unaltered and unworn condition.
Item received within 7 working days from arrival package for local delivery and 14 days from arrival of package for international delivery.
Returns does not meet any one of these criteria given, WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. In all fairness, kindly take note Darasara will NOT BE LIABLE for the return shipping fee. It will be borne by the customer.

4)  Item is strictly one-to-one exchange basis - same design and colour, If the preferred item is out of stock, you can either alternatively;

Exchange with the same design, different colour,
Exchange with the same value item,
Exchange with the lower value item (no refund for price difference),
Exchange with the higher value item (customer have to pay for the difference in prices)

5) Refund process may take between 7-14 working days.

7) In the event of exchange request not meeting the criteria set in 1), HQ may accept the exchange (subject to availability) with an additional RM10 penalty imposed to the buyer.  

 8) Return/Exchange policies are not ELIGIBLE for any SALES EVENT.
