1) Eligibility for Returns

We only accept returns or exchanges under the following circumstances:

Item received is defective, damaged, or incorrectly sent

Request is submitted within 3 days from the date the item is received

All returned items must:

Be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

Have original tags, labels, and packaging intact

Be free from stains, odours, makeup marks, or alterations

Returns that do not meet the above conditions will not be approved.

2) Items Not Eligible for Return or Refund

The following items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable:

Change of mind, sizing issues, or colour preference

Sale, promotional, discounted, or clearance items

Accessories, scarves, or innerwear (for hygiene reasons)

Items damaged due to improper handling by the customer

3) How to Initiate a Return

4) Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error is on our part

Returned items must be securely packed to prevent damage during transit

We are not responsible for lost or damaged parcels during return shipping

5) Refunds & Store Credit

Approved returns will be issued as store credit or exchange only

Cash refunds are not provided unless otherwise stated

Store credit validity will be informed at the time of issuance

Processing time may take 3–7 working days upon receiving and inspecting the returned item.

6) Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to stock availability

If the requested item is unavailable, store credit will be issued instead

7) Disclaimer

Slight colour differences due to lighting, photography, or screen resolution are not considered efects

Measurements may vary by ±1–2 cm due to mass production and are not considered defects
